There really is nothing like seeing your baby on an ultrasound for the first time. AJ was able to come with me. The doctor inserted the little wand and voila, our little Gummi Bear was wiggling around like crazy!
We both were laughing so much because baby was going crazy in there. We joke that it was techno dancing. It was wiggling it's little arm and leg nubs all over the place.
If baby keeps it up, I have no doubt that this will be him/her in 4 years:
Having AJ there with me was so awesome. We just kept looking at each other and smiling. It's a memory I won't forget.
The heart rate was great (155bpm) and baby was measuring right on track at 9 weeks, 1 day.
Due date is April 20 (yes, cue all the 4/20 jokes) :)
